Our clutch plate adopts a high-disc structure, and the overall performance is more stable; the spring is independently developed based on the original data of Sinotruk, and is made of 60Si2Mn material, which has excellent elasticity and durability. The product is equipped with multiple copper face plates, which significantly improves the anti-ablation and wear resistance. In terms of structure, the two-stage shock-absorbing eight-spring design is adopted, which is more stable and stable than the traditional ten-spring structure; the three-stage large eight structure further enhances the performance, and the test data shows good performance. The pressure plate part uses the main engine matching factory plate teeth and the original factory separation ring to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of the system.
